Servicing

Servicing is a crucial part of maintaining your Mercedes vehicle and adhering the recommended schedule with a DSB contract (digital service book online) will help to keep your vehicle in quality condition for longer. Professional and honest, we offer an efficient while you wait service that fits conveniently into your day, using only approved parts to ensure that any existing manufacturer's warranty is maintained.

Service A

This includes an oil and filter change, which is recommended to be undertaken for all vehicles once a year. Also included is a top up of washer fluid and anti-freeze, as well as a tyre pressure check and a basic check over your vehicle to ensure it is both safe and roadworthy. The aim for this service is to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Service B

This provides everything you get in Service A. In addition, your vehicle will also undergo pollen filter change, an engine oil and fuel flush, as well as a bolts, suspension, rear differential and oil check. We will complete a lubricant check on doors, the bonnet, boot hinges and locks, as well as a safety check on all seat belts. Finally, this service also includes the unblocking of water drains and cleaning of the engine bay.

Additional service items

These items can be added to either of the above service options should they be requested. We can provide a change of the brake fluid and air filter, both of which are recommended for all vehicles every two years. Spark plugs, fuel filter and a gearbox service are due every four years or are mileage dependent. If you are not sure what is required, simply call or email us and we will be happy to provide recommendations and advice.

Your vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition and hold a valid MOT certificate to be driven legally and obtain vehicle tax.

We can organise a full, comprehensive MOT test in Bookham that is in line with all legal requirements while conveniently collecting and delivering your vehicle to your chosen location in the process. 

We can repair or replace damaged or dented panels, address rust or corrosion issues, and restore the structural integrity of your vehicle's body.

Techniques can vary from using specialised tools to massaging out minor dents to more extensive methods like paintless dent repair (PDR), which involves accessing the backside of the dent and manipulating it without the need for repainting.

If your vehicle is experiencing an engine management fault, all repairs and diagnostic works are carried out on site by our Mercedes-Benz trained technicians.
