Here's how our car collection and delivery service would work for you:
Booking
Contact MGS and schedule an appointment for the required car work. During the booking process, please inform us that you would like to avail the collection and delivery service.
Collection
On the agreed-upon date and time, a representative from MGS will come to your specified location (such as your home or office) to collect your vehicle. We may conduct a brief inspection of the car to note any existing damages or issues before it is taken for service or work.
Transportation and Service
MGS will safely transport your vehicle to our garage. The required maintenance, repairs, or any other requested services will be performed by qualified mechanics or technicians at the workshop. If any additional work is identified during the inspection, we will contact you to discuss and seek your approval before proceeding.
Updates
Throughout the service process, we will provide updates regarding the progress of the work or any unexpected findings. No additional work will be completed before communication with yourself.
Delivery
Once the work on your car is completed, MGS will arrange for the return delivery of your vehicle to your specified location. Before accepting the delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to ensure the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
